The Yamajio Ramen is made with Aizu Yamasjio salt, a specialty of Aizu which is made by boiling down the hot spring water of Ooshio-urabandai Onsen with a light but rich taste.
Aizu’s famous Sauce Katsudon is served with our original sweet and spicy sauce.
