Introduction
The Minamisoma Roadside Station is located between Iwaki and Sendai on Route 6. There is a police station, fire station, and a municipal hospital nearby, and can be used as an evacuation point in an emergency. At the souvenir shop, you will find a wide range of local produce, souvenirs, and handicrafts. In the Sakura-tei restaurant, we are looking forward to seeing you with our menu using the vegetables sold in the Bussan-kan.

The museum features a diorama exhibition of the Soma Nomaoi, a national Important Cultural Property, as well as on the history of Minamisoma, the surrounding nature, and folk customs.
Located in the center of Minamisoma City, this is the main venue for the armored horse race and the battle for the divine flag of Soma Nomaoi, which has a history and tradition of over 1,000 years.
