Inawashiro

Introduction

Known as a roadside station where you can take a pleasant break while enjoying the natural scenery of Mt. Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Hall

Dr. Hideyo Noguchi is a world-famous person who was born in Inawashiro.
In addition to being the precious birthplace where he was born and raised, which has been preserved as it was, many of his achievements and belongings are also on display.

Tenkyo-kaku

Tenkyo-kaku, a national Important Cultural Property, was built in 1908 as a villa for His Imperial Highness Price Tsunahito of Arisugawa-no-miya.
